CarePlix vitals applies a unique mix of signal processing techniques and AI technologies, to predict the body vitals of an individual.

We determine the body vitals with the help of the PPG (Photoplethysmography) technique where an individual keeps their finger on the back of the camera and based on the diffraction of Green and Blue light, a model is trained which determines the vital parameters.

For Finger Scan:

• In your dashboard, click on ‘Start a scan’.

• Click on the ‘Start a Finger Scan’ icon and then select your posture and click on ‘Proceed’.

• Read the instructions ‘How to Scan?’ carefully and click on ‘Start Scan’ to start scanning your body vitals.

• During the ‘Calibration in progress’, page make sure that your finger is placed properly such that the screen turns red.

• Once calibration is completed, hold the position for 40 seconds to determine your body vitals.

• **For better results, if the flash is not turned on automatically, make sure that you have a light source behind your back camera.

For Face Scan:

• In your dashboard, click on ‘Start a scan’.

• Click on the ‘Start a Face Scan’ icon and then select your posture and click on ‘Proceed’.

• Read the instructions ‘How to Scan?’ carefully and click on ‘Start Scan’ to start scanning your body vitals.

• During the ‘Calibration in progress’, page make sure that your face is placed inside the circle, and the visible ‘blue patch’ on your screen should be placed under your eyes.

• Once calibration is completed, hold the position for 40 seconds to determine your body vitals.

• **For better results, the surrounding light should be bright and consistent.

No, Careplix vitals does not save images or videos of users. Your Personal Data will never be sold or made available to other parties.

We do make use of external suppliers and service providers, such as web hosting services. These parties are legally obliged to always ensure your privacy. They can only process data in accordance with our purposes.

Careplix will send OTP to the registered phone number.

Careplix currently does not provide an option to re-send OTP. The user must press the cancel button, then enter the phone number and press the ‘Send OTP’ button.

For a successful scan, the user must grant access to the phone's camera settings for the browser, as well as grant access to the camera from the browser’s site settings. Please follow the step below:

Phone setting steps:

• Click on the phone setting.

• Navigate to the App Settings.

• Go to the Settings of your browser application.

• Click on Permissions.

• Give access to the camera by selecting “Allow”.

Browser’s setting steps:

• Go to browser(chrome) settings.

• Click on-site settings.

• Click on the camera option.

• Give permission to the camera by clicking on the “Toggle Button”.

To edit your profile details, go to the dashboard and choose My Account from the hamburger icon on the right side of the page.

After a scan is completed successfully, Careplix vitals analyses the vitals data and returns a result of Low, Normal, or High for each parameter. Careplix generates the risk score based on the results.

• Scroll down the dashboard to find ‘My Activities’.

• Select the ‘Body Vitals’ menu.

• The heart rate graph will appear on your screen, and you can see your history by clicking on the view history option underneath it.

With the help of the Careplix vitals application, you can measure 5 key body vital parameters namely Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen Saturation (Sp02), Respiration Rate, HRV (SDNN, RMSSD, PNN50), Stress, and 20 key physiological parameters like Cardiac output, Mean Arterial Pressure, Heart rate max, Heart rate reserve, Heart utilization percentage, Blood Volume, BMI, etc.
